There is no minimum order amount
Swedish VAT is included in the price (25%).
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Fee: 50 SEK
Payment for the goods is made at the time of delivery.
- Payment in Advance (CWO - cash with order)
Fee: 0 SEK
Payment is made at time the order is placed. More information on this will be displayed after completing the check out procedure.
- Debit/Credit card
Fee: 0 SEK
Payment with your Visa or Mastercard through Certitrade / Euroline 100% secure. All information is encrypted with SSL - 128 bit. The payment will be credited to your account and debited as usual after 24 hours from checkout. For added security transactions are made using the new safetey standard "3D-Secure".
Fee: 0 SEK
Payments can be made with your debit/credit card or your Internet Bank (Sweden only). More information on Payson can be found at www.payson.se.
Fee: 30 SEK.
To issue an invoice we will need your personal ID number (Swedish) to look up your credit status. The items will be shipped and payment is required within 14 days from date of order. Invoices are handled by Kreditor Europe AB.
Within Sweden normal delivery times are about three business days.
International delivery times will depend on the weight and size of the items as well as the delivery address.
Items can be shipped in a box or an envelope or with your preferred shipping company.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by any shipping company.
Cost of shipping
Cost of shipping is based on the weight of your items. The cost will be displayed upon checkout. For orders over 2500 SEK shipping is free within Sweden.
All items carry a 1 year guarantee. If you can prove that an item was faulty at the time of purchase we can replace it, but we cannot replace it if the fault was caused by you. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
In Sweden, if you change your mind after the purchase, you have 14 days in which to return it undamaged and after having notified us in advance.

Your personal information (name, address etc.) will be protected according to the Swedish law on personal data (PUL).
